Strikewell Youth Boxing - Level 1 Foundations - Non Contact

About this program

A fun and engaging introduction to boxing. Youth will learn proper stance, footwork, basic punches and defense while improving coordination, fitness and confidence. All sessions are non-contact and focus on skill development in a safe environment with head coach Henry from Strikewell Boxing. Drop in $22 (space permitting). No class June 13. For the safety of the participant, the Acknowledgement of Risk, Waiver, Release & Indemnity Form must be completed. Children will not be permitted in the program until the completed form is received.
