Space Permitting – Drop-in $25 No class Aug 3. Level 2 is for students who have completed Level 1 and are ready to take their training further. This non-contact program focuses on refining technique, learning advanced combinations, and developing mental fortitude and life skills such as focus, perseverance, and discipline. Students grow both in and out of the gym in a positive, supportive environment. Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out for participants before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor.
