About this program

A dynamic non-contact boxing program for students who have completed Level 1's foundational boxing elements and are ready for refining technique and learning advanced combinations. Students also work on developing mental fortitude and life skills such as focus, perseverance, and discipline. Led by Coach Henry, a Boxing Canada Certified coach.
