About this program

For youth ready to build on their skills. This class focuses on more advanced combinations, movement and partner drills to sharpen technique and develop discipline. All sessions are non-contact, emphasizing control and precision with head coach Henry from Strikewell Boxing. Drop in $22 (space permitting). For the safety of the participant, the Acknowledgement of Risk, Waiver, Release & Indemnity Form must be completed. Children will not be permitted in the program until the completed form is received.
