A two-hour hands-on workshop exploring bagel dough, shaping and three very different fillings: Matcha Bagel with Mochi + Red Bean Seasonal Root Vegetable Stuffed Bagel Crabmeat, Shrimp & Smoked Salmon–Spinach Cream Cheese Stuffed Bagel Participants work through the dough and shaping process, make all three variations and take their finished bagels home. This gives the class a sweet Asian-inspired bagel, a seasonal vegetable option and a more premium savoury seafood version.
