Join Cougars’ Volleyball at the Albion Sports Complex for a fun week of Volleyball, Sporting Activities, Arts & Crafts, and more! Participants will have the opportunity to learn the foundations of volleyball, developing skills such as forearm passing, setting, spiking, and serving! Cougars’ Volleyball has been serving the Maple Ridge Community since 2020, aiming to teach athletes to value one another, but also value our community and to take the initiative to lead the charge in improving our community as a whole and not just on the court. “Our coaches aim to create an environment that is safe, inclusive, and most importantly fun and enjoyable for each athlete. We pride ourselves on creating a healthy team/group dynamic, but also caring for everyone’s needs and goal setting.
