About this program

Transfer to become a Lifesaving Society swim instructor and gain the qualification to teach all ages Swim for Life and Canadian Swim Patrol lessons. Learn a variety of teaching methods and planning skills with water teaching experience included. Pre-requisite required: proof of previous completion of Bronze Cross, 15 years of age and completed online Adapted Swim Instructor course prior to attending the in-person session.
