About this program

Prerequisite: Swimmer 1. Practice your skills with an instructor in training. Swimmers become increasingly comfortable in the water without help. Children will work on their floats, glides and kicking skills. Once mastered, swimmers are introduced to front and back crawl, whip kick and Water Smart activities.
