About this program

Swimmers will become proficient at deep water skills including stride entries and compact jumps. Children will develop lifesaving kicks such as eggbeater and scissor kicks. Breaststroke, front crawl and back crawl are further developed. Head-up swims, interval training and a 300 m workout develop strength and endurance. This level is recommended for those that have completed one of the following: Swimmer 5. NOTE: Participants cannot be registered for more than one set of lessons at a time and must successfully complete the prerequisite level before registering for the next level. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
