Swimming - Adapted Lessons

About this program

Prerequisites: Physical or developmental disability. To register for this activity an Adapted Recreation Pass is required. Contact with Access Services required to receive an Adapted Recreation Pass. Please email access.services@vancouver.ca This program is designed to support individuals who have a physical or intellectual challenge and have had limited success in mainstream swim programs. The primary goal of this program is to work with the swimmers abilities while ensuring that they feel welcome and accepted. These classes are carried out in small groups.
