Swimming - Parent and Tot 2/3 - Goldfish/Seahorse

About this program

Prerequisite: 12-36 months of age, participating with a parent or caregiver (assisted). Swim diapers are mandatory for all children. You may bring your own or purchase one from the cashiers at the facility. Goldfish - Babies and their caregivers work on rhythmic breathing, moving through the water, front and back floats, shallow water entries and exits, and underwater object recovery. Seahorse - Toddlers and their caregivers work on submersion, front and back floats and glides, jumping into water with assistance, underwater object recovery, kicking on front and front swim.
