PS 4 Prerequisite: 3-5 yrs and successful completion of Preschool Orca In this level: Swimmers combine entries and exits, recover objects from chest deep water, tread water with a PFD, rollover floats, side glides, and intro to front crawl wearing a PFD. PS 5 Prerequisite: 3-5 yrs and successful completion of Preschool Sea Lion In this level: Swimmers work on forward rolls, treading water for 10 secs unassisted, underwater object recovery, whip kick, front crawl and back crawl 5M and intro to interval training
