Narwhal: Prerequisite: 3-5 yrs, successful completion of the skills in Lifesaving Society Preschool Sea Lion. Swimmers work on forward rolls, treading water for 10 secs unassisted, underwater object recovery, whip kick, front crawl and back crawl 5M and intro to interval training
