About this program

Prerequisite: At least 5 years of age, successful completion of Swimmer 3, or equivalent swim assessment. In this level: Swimmers are introduced to breaststroke and standing dives, Tread water (1 min), underwater swim (5m),whip kick on front (15m), front crawl and back crawl (25m each), 25 m sprint front crawl, interval training, and completion of Canadian Swim to Survive Standard: Roll entry into deep water, tread 1 min. and swim 50 m
