Prerequisite: At least 5 years of age, successful completion of Swimmer 5, or equivalent swim assessment. In this level: Swimmers increase their distance on front and back crawl (100m), learn stride entry and compact jumps into deep water, legs only surface support (45 sec) continue interval training and sprint breaststroke (25m) eggbeater kick on back and scissor kick No class Oct 10 Thanksgiving Long Weekend
