About this program

For any level of fitness this dynamic, high energy workout blends boxing, aerobics, and Taekwondo for a full-body workout! Inspired by Taebo, sessions will focus on balance, core strength, and power, helping you build endurance while having fun. Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file. Drop-in fee: $20 (Please bring exact change, instructors are not permitted to carry or give change to participants). Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program. If you register after the start of classes, the amount you pay will be prorated based on the number of remaining classes .
