Taking Strides Teen Adaptive Sport

About this program

Taking Strides Vancouver offers accessible sports programs with one-on-one support for youth with any disability! Our goal is to build physical literacy and teamwork skills through adaptive games including soccer, hockey, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, relay races and so much more! During sessions, youth have the opportunity to connect one-on-one with their paired volunteer and join a supportive community of other youth with disabilities in Vancouver. Our sessions are personalized to fit each youth’s needs to grow their skill set while having fun!
