Enjoy this explorative playtime creating and making Halloween crafts and treats. Children are welcome to come dressed in their costumes (optional). This is an adult participation program. Child must be 18 months old within 1 month of the start date. No Drop-ins. Non-registered participants and siblings are not permitted in the room
