About this program

This is an opportunity to try out Expressive Arts Therapy and how it can nudge open the door to our creativity. Facilitated by a therapist you will be guided in a few modes of expression touching on voice, movement, writing, painting, breathing and body awareness. This class is therapeutic though not deep therapy. No experience necessary.
