This is a skill-development program designed for Lifesavers, Swim Instructors and National Lifeguards who want to strengthen their aquatic abilities and refine their leadership skills. Whether you’re a Bronze Cross candidate preparing for your National Lifeguard course or a certified Lifeguard or Swim Instructor looking to keep your skills sharp, this program offers the perfect mix of challenges learning and fun. Each 2-hour session provides hands-on practice, and guided instruction focused on: • Lifesaving Skills & Rescue Scenarios • National Lifeguard & Swim Instructor Skill Review • Stroke Evaluation & Corrective Techniques • Fitness & Endurance Training • Teamwork, Leadership & Professional Readiness Participants must provide proof of completion of Bronze Cross, Swim Instructor, or National Lifeguard certification.
