About this program

For all youth ages 11–17 Welcome to Top Chef Youth: World of Flavours, where youth explore flavours from around the world while learning to cook! Participants will be introduced to a variety of international recipes, discovering new ingredients, cultures, and cooking styles along the way. This hands-on program covers kitchen safety, basic cooking terms, and essential techniques to build confidence in the kitchen. Recipes will vary each week as participants “travel” to a new country through food. The best meals are the ones you make yourself! All supplies included.
