About this program

This Northern Shaolin Style class will teach you traditional forms, weapon forms, sparring and self-defense. It will help you gain physical and mental strength, develop self-confidence and discipline. Membership fee of $4 per month for the Northern Shaolin Lung chi Cheung Association is included in the fee. Classes run Monday and Fridays. Students must be able to attend Monday and Friday classes regularly No class May 18, June 5 & 26
