About this program

No class Apr 4 & 18. Note: all new students must first register for the beginner class. The instructor will test you before you are ready for the advanced class. Sifu Marquis Lung will teach you Northern Shaolin traditional forms, weapon forms, sparring and self-defence. It will help you gain physical and mental strength, develop self-confidence and discipline. Membership fee $4 per month for the Northern Shaolin Lung Chi Cheung Association in included in the fee. Classes run Wednesdays & Saturdays. Please note that participant waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor.
