About this program

This Northern Shaolin Style class will teach you traditional forms, weapon forms, sparring and self-defense. It will help you gain physical and mental strength, develop self-confidence and discipline. Membership fee of $4 per month for the Northern Shaolin Lung chi Cheung Association is included in the fee.
