About this program
No class Sep 12, 19, 30, Oct 3, 7, 10, 17 24, Nov 7, 11, 14, Dec 5 & 12 Sifu Marquis Lung will teach you Northern Shaolin traditional forms, weapon forms, no contact sparring and self-defence. It will help you gain physical and mental strength, develop self-confidence and discipline. Membership fee $4 per month for the Northern Shaolin Lung Chi Cheung Association in included in the fee. Classes run Wednesdays & Saturdays. Please note that participant waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor.
