Learn to make classic Hong Kong-style mooncakes from scratch with CBC Vancouver-featured culinary instructor Abraham Wong. In this hands-on 3-hour class, you will prepare three traditional varieties: lotus paste with salted egg yolk, milky custard, and black sesame paste mooncakes. All ingredients, recipe cards, and a take-home box of freshly made mooncakes included. No prior baking experience required. Ages 19+. A meaningful way to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival (September 25).
