About this program

For those 19 years and older. CSA Helmets and hockey gloves are required. This is a session for individual practice only with NO scrimmage and no sharing of equipment. Skate rentals are not available. All registered participants must check in with the attendant up to 5 minutes after the program start time. Failure to do so may result in the spot being forfeited to a waiting player
