A hands-on pizza workshop exploring four very different approaches to pizza. Participants work in teams to prepare and taste: Loaded Stuffed-Crust Pizza Roasted Squash, Onion & Mushroom Pizza Crispy Peking Duck Pizza Spicy ’Nduja Margherita The class covers dough handling, stretching, stuffed-crust technique, topping balance and baking.
