About this program
Get outdoors and walk with our welcoming community. This is a great way to meet new people and learn about the neighborhood. This is not a strenuous class and offers a strong social component. Please wear walking shoes and dress for the weather. We do not walk on heavy rain days. Walks are approximately 55 minutes long (3km). Consulting with your health care professional prior to starting a new physical activity is recommended. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. A WAIVER FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN ADVANCE.
