Ready to take your training to the next level? Our Intermediate Weightlifting class is designed for individuals who already have experience in the gym and want to build confidence with more advanced strength-training techniques and exercises. This class focuses on improving lifting mechanics, developing strength and power, and introducing more complex movements commonly used in weightlifting and athletic performance training. Participants will work on how to program and structure their weekly workouts, advanced barbell movements, accessory strength work, and how to target specific muscle groups to challenge and progress your workouts safely and effectively. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, improve technique, increase athletic performance, or break through plateaus, this class provides coaching, guidance, and progressive training in a supportive environment.
