About this program

In partnership with Fraser Health, the Active minds program offers a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals living with mild cognitive impairment and who would benefit from meaningful social connection. Through structured group activities, light physical movement and guided participation, the program promotes cognitive stimulation, enhances physical health and supports overall wellbeing. Light lunch of soup, sandwich, coffee and tea is provided. Pre-registration and referral from Fraser Health Adult Day Program waitlist required.
