Our program will introduce the basics and fundamentals of traditional karate. The main emphasis is this program is the growth and personal development of our students through the practice of this traditional martial art. Additional benefits of training include discipline, etiquette and respect. Participants may purchase a uniform from the instructor. No Class Oct. 12.
