About this program

Chinese Yuan Ji dance is a fusion of physical exercise, qi gong, martial arts, Tai Chi etc. which acts in concert with the Yuan Ji music. Following the experienced volunteers, participants will dance along to the melodious music. This dance is a low to moderate impact exercise which promotes health and wellness and is a good therapy for physical and mental well-being. No session Sept 28th, Oct 12th.
