About this program

Dance your way to fitness with our high energy zumba class. This is a choreography-based dance class that includes non-verbal cueing. As of December 1, 2025, entry to fitness classes will not be permitted after the class has started. To best set yourself up for success we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your class.
