This is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exhilarating, and effective fitness program. It combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries and exercise to benefit their health. Drop-in $13, if space permits. No session Aug 3.
