Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music--dance themes creating a dynamic, effective fitness system! It features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. The easy-to-follow steps are designed for any fitness level. $7.00+tax/Adult or $4.50+tax/Senior for drop-in, if space.
