ZUMBA® Gold is a low impact dance - fitness class for beginners and seniors that uses zesty Latin music, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Merengue, Rock n' Roll, (including Twist and Charleston), with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic and fun fitness class.
