This fun and exciting class can be enjoyed standing, seated, or a combination of both - making it a great fit for active older adults, those new to Zumba, individuals with limited mobility, or anyone recovering from an injury. After a gentle warm-up to loosen the joints, you'll use light weights to improve posture, balance, range of motion, and strength before moving into easy-to-follow dance routines set to vibrant Latin and international music that enhance coordination and memory.
